Hello CHS Swim, 

A few reminders and information for upcoming weekend and beyond. 

DLS Invitational FRIDAY AND SATURDAY: 

This will be an exciting Invitational @ De La Salle with 25 teams attending! 

Thank you to the JV Swimmers who will be timing on Friday. 

Thank you to the parents that have stepped up to time on Saturday - we need 36 timers in total and we currently only have 20, we need 16 more volunteers. Please sign up today! 

8:45 - 11:30 am - SHIFTS ARE FULL 

11:30 am - 2:30 PM - NEED 6 MORE TIMERS 

2:30 - 5:00 PM - NEED 10 MORE (they do anticipate this may end earlier than 5!) 

** Please see attached information on the DLS Invitational. - JV Swimmers will only be swimming Saturday - Varsity swimmers will have preliminaries on Friday and finals on Saturday (4 swimmers per team will be allowed to advance to finals in each event and teams may enter 2 Relays, but only one relay may advance to Finals). 

- Friday meet starts at 12:00 PM (see events on attached) (est to run 6 hours) 

- Saturday meet starts at 9:00 am (estimated to run 7.5 hours) 

** Swimmers will be receiving warm up times and information from coaches 

- DLS Cafeteria will be open (cash only) 

- CHS swimmers will be provided with snacks and drinks throughout Friday and Saturday (BIG THANK YOU to our Snack Coordinator, Michelle Craw!) 

- We encourage you to wear your CHS gear to support our Cougars! 

CLOVIS Invitational: All Seniors, Varsity training, and Varsity swimmers are invited to the Clovis Invitational 4/4 - 4/6. 

** Please have your swimmer commit to the meet if interested. We can then plan for hotel rooms/van rentals. This will be an additional Invitational cost (for hotel, van transportation, and food) and will send that estimated fee next week. We are in need of one more van driver, so please contact me directly if you are interested. APRIL 4th AM returning April 6th LATE 

SENIOR NIGHT: We are working to finalize a date for mid-end of April, more information to come. 

AWARDS NIGHT: Mark your calendars for Monday, May 13th at the Garaventa Center at Carondelet High School from 6- 8 PM, more information to come. PLEASE sign up to help - we will need 5 parents for set up, 5 parents for clean up, and 5 parents to help plan on the committee (gifts for coaches, decor, work with Melanie Kracht, Chair)
