Hello Swim Families, 

With only a few more weeks of swim season we have lots going on and many updates. Thank you for taking a minute to read below, RSVP, and sign up to help!

1- CLOVIS Invitational UPDATE: A HUGE thank you to Coach Roque, Coach Samantha, Amy Ross, Debbie Santos, Michelle Craw and the other parents who drove our swimmers down and back to Clovis in the vans, arranged food and snacks, and supported the swimmers. We could not have done it without you and all the swimmers had a fantastic time! Congratulations on taking FIRST PLACE in the Clovis West Invitational!!  We are so proud of our Cougars!

2- Wednesday, April 17th CAL HIGH Meet @ De La Salle @ 4 PM

-  We are still in need of 4 timers from 4 - 6:30 PM. If you haven't timed yet, please get your volunteer shift in and sign up on Swimtopia. Also we will be having a TEAM DINNER after the CAL meet with De La Salle. Please plan to have your swimmer stay and enjoy some team bonding. 

3- Monday, April 22nd: CHS SWIM SENIOR NIGHT @ Carondelet Athletic Complex from 6- 7:30 PM. RSVP by 4/17

- Please join us to honor our CHS Swim SENIORS! We will have a small program at 6 PM with introductions and reflections on each Senior followed by dinner (drinks, tacos, beans/rice and dessert). The swimmers dinner is included in your paid team fee, but we would like to get an accurate head count, so please RSVP for your swimmer here by 4/17: https://forms.gle/5v4EyH9Whgbc7syD9

- If a parent, grandparent, or other family member would like to join us for dinner please RSVP below and VENMO @Melanie-Kracht $17.00 per person by WEDNESDAY, April 17th at 8 PM.

- We also need help with Set up (5 - 6 PM) and Clean up (7:30 - 8 PM) - please sign up via Swimtopia. 

- Thank you to Melanie Kracht for organizing and planning to make this such a special night for our Seniors and the team!

4- Friday, April 26th and Saturday, April 27th: EBAL Championship Meet @ Dougherty Valley High School 

- FRIDAY: Varsity trials only from 12 pm - 4 PM

- SATURDAY: Varsity finals and JV timed finals 9 am - 3 PM

- Dougherty Valley Aquatic Center (DVAC), 10550 Albion Rd. San Ramon, CA 94582

- VOLUNTEERS NEEDED:

- TIMERS needed for Friday (2 shifts: 12 - 2 PM and 2 - 4 PM) and Saturday 3 shifts (9 - 11 am, 11 - 1 PM, 1 - 3 PM) 

- Warm up Pool Marshall Friday (2 - 3:15 PM) and Saturday (2 - 3:15 PM)

- With 110 swim families, each family should have signed up for one or more volunteer shifts this season. If we don't fill the volunteer spots above, we will assign based on the families that have not volunteered yet. Thank you for your help!

- Admission Fees ($10 per adult, $5 per senior/student/child)

- A HUGE Thank you to Rob Craw who will be our announcer. We are still looking for one more volunteer to help us with Announcing - please contact Coach Roque if you are able to help!

- Thank you to Michelle Craw for organizing snacks and drinks for the meet. 

5- Monday, May 13th: AWARDS Night @ Garaventa, Carondelet High School
