Hello swim families, 

First, CONGRATULATIONS on being the JV and Varsity 2024 EBAL Champions!! We are so proud of every swimmer - the best times, cheering for one another, the Cougar spirit, strong races, and so much more! 

Secondly, a huge thank you to the parents and volunteers who helped make the EBAL meet successful and run so smoothly last weekend. We couldn't have done it without you and we appreciate all the helping hands!!

Finally, thank you to our Coaches who worked so hard this season and over the weekend planning such a strategic meet and preparing our swimmers for their races. We appreciate YOU... Coach Roque, Coach Samantha, Coach Kristina, and Coach Shaila (who just gave birth less than 2 weeks ago!).

ATTENTION NCS Swimmer Parents: 

• We need 2 volunteers to help organize an NCS dinner this Thursday (see Roque for more details) for our NCS qualifiers. Please sign up on Swimtopia. 
• We also need 9 timers for Saturday - 2 timers in Lane 5 and one relief timer. Shifts are 10:15 - 12:15 PM, 12:15 - 2:15 PM, 2:15 - 4:15 PM. IF the jobs are not filled by tomorrow at 5 PM we will be assigning volunteers. Pleas sign up ASAP on Swimtopia. 

AWARDS NIGHT: Monday, May 13th - We are getting so excited about celebrating each of our swimmers and divers at Awards Night on Monday May 13th at the Garaventa. More information to come on RSVP and cost. Havana will be catering!
